Limon earned his BS and MS in Microbiology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Louisville. His research focuses on how Yersinia pestis uses extracellular vesicles to manipulate host immune responses during infection. He is also interested in host-pathogen signaling pathways and uses bioinformatics to study them. In moments away from research, Limon enjoys exploring new places through travel and capturing moments.
